MISSION STATEMENT

The West Indies School of Theology exists to offer sound biblical training so that students may acquire the knowledge and develop the skills necessary to equip them to engage in Ministry.

VISION STATEMENT

The West Indies School of Theology will become the premier ecclesiastical and training institution in the Caribbean, by offering a broad range of quality educational programs that respond to the needs of the Caribbean society.

The West Indies School of Theology (WIST) is an independent Christian learning center under thePentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies (PAWI).

WIST is dedicated to high ethical and moral values in keeping with good Christian principles. Students applying to WIST should understand that enrolment is granted to those who desire to actively support the aims and values of the institution.

The WIST handbook spells out regulations by which it is governed. It is our firm belief, that Scripture demands appropriate response in Christian service. This service becomes the application of the theological concepts theorized in the classroom.

Within the broad confines of the church, the Christian worker relates truth through evangelism, worship, preaching, teaching, counseling and general service to both God and man.  It is our mandate to prepare each worker for effective ministry.
