It should be noted that two-thirds of the students’ educational cost is subsidized by Member Churches of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies, and Alumni and Friends of WIST.
Activity Fee: This fee will include library fees, year book, special events, student ID, medical fee, insurance, dinners.
Payment Plan: All fees are payable on Registration Day. Nationals of Trinidad & Tobago who are recipients of GATE funding and are required to pay all Administrative fees at registration.
Changes in Fees and Expenses
At all times the Administration of WIST seeks to maintain all fees as low as possible. The above charges are compiled on that basis. Should it become necessary however, the school reserves the right to change its fees or to modify its services at its sole discretion.
Refund Policy
Upon Registration, students become financially responsible for all charges for the entire school year. In the event that a student has to withdraw before the school year is completed refunds will be made only on Tuition, at the following rates:-
After 1 Week of Classes—50%
After 2 Weeks of Classes—35%
After 3 Weeks of Classes—20%
After 4 weeks of Classes—10%
From the fifth week of classes there shall be no refund.
This policy is applicable to students who have paid all fees for the semester. There will be no refund in the event of suspension or expulsion.
