The internship period in the life of a student is critical to his or her overall development. It is a time when the theoretical learning is fleshed out in the practical setting. The experience is broad-based and extends to various structures and operations of church, para-church ministries, counselling, interpersonal relations and rehabilitative organizations. The program helps to fulfill the school’s goals of helping students gain a wide scope of practical knowledge and experience while pursuing their training. In this way, the school is ensuring that when the student graduates from a programme, that he/she will be able to demonstrate a level of competency and confidence in keeping with the certifiable level of ministerial training.
WIST has asked several ministers of the gospel to partner with us to ensure that our students get the opportunity to maximize their potential during this exercise.
