The West Indies School of Theology (WIST) is the official training center for the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies (PAWI).

WIST is a member school of the Caribbean Evangelical Theological Association (CETA) formerly Caribbean Association of Bible Colleges (CABC).

WIST is registered with the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT), and all its bachelor’s programmes are approved for Government Assisted Tertiary Education (GATE).

WIST is a member of Caribbean Area Network for Quality Assurance in Tertiary Education (CANQATE) and the Association of Caribbean Tertiary Institutions (ACTI).
